While Yahoo Pipes seems to be limited to 10 feeds per module, the way around that is to add more modules and then use a UNION module to connect them together. Please see visual example below.

There of course is the other way, which is to build a Yahoo Pipes feed and then take that output feed and feed it into a new feed (as 1 input instead of 10) but I prefer the first way.
